Der prozessbasierte Therapieansatz zielt darauf ab, Entscheidungsprozesse durch individualisierte, netzwerkbasierte EMA-Diagnostik und kontrolltheoretische Algorithmen zur Auswahl von Behandlungsstrategien optimieren. Auf der Grundlage einer individualisierten funktionale Analyse von Störungsprozessen wird ein hypothetisches Modell durch alltagsnahe Selbstbeobachtung mit Hilfe dynamischer Netzwerkanalysen empirisch überprüft. Kernelement der Behandlung ist es, hieraus Ansatzpunkte für die gezielte Förderung von adaptiven Veränderungsprozessen durch evidenzbasierte Interventionsstrategien abzuleiten. Dabei tritt die Orientierung an wissenschaftlichen Evidenzen an die Stelle von Schulendenken. Im Workshop werden grundlegende Prinzipien anhand klinischer Fälle praxisnah veranschaulicht und eingeübt.

CBASP is the only model developed specifically to treat PDD in the APA’s DSM-5 nomenclature. The analysis of psychopathology reflects a major goal of one of the major techniques – that is, Situational Analysis (SA). The exposure of the analyzed psychopathology pinpoints the learning counter-conditioning goals that must be taught. The assessment and its subsequent remediation through new learning and practice make CBASP a unique system of psychotherapy. Workshop participants will be shown how to teach patients the SA, the Significant Other History (SOH) and the transference-hypothesis (TH). The Interpersonal Discrimination Exercise is an exercise teaching individual to discriminate between the non-toxic stimulus value of the psychotherapist and earlier SO who have harmed the patient. CBASP also prescribes a new Therapist Role (Disciplined Personal Involvement). Finally, the participants will be instructed in the techniques of CBASP to learn the goals of technique administration; secondly, they will obtain a limited exposure concerning how the techniques are delivered.
